This high-quality silicone mold is designed in the shape of a nautilus shell, capturing its natural spiral and symmetry. The mold features six tuille shapes—three from each side—so you can create the perfect nautilus sandwich with ease. Made from 100% food-grade silicone, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, making it ideal for use in both (shock) freezers and ovens.

The nautilus is often associated with the golden ratio—a timeless symbol of balance, beauty, and harmony. You’ll find this spiral shape all over nature, from roses and sunflowers to the human body itself.

Inspired by Chef Jonathan Zandbergen*, who first suggested using the nautilus shape for a sandwich, we took the idea, fine-tuned it, and brought it to life. It also works beautifully as a standalone element for fish and shellfish dishes. 🌀
