Flower Pressing - Stencil

This high-quality set includes a silicone pressing mold and an acrylic stencil. The silicone mold, shaped like a realistic flower leaf, consists of two parts that fit together precisely and is made of 100% food-grade silicone. It can withstand temperatures between -40°C and +200°C, making it suitable for both the (shock) freezer and the oven. The stencil is not dishwasher safe—we recommend rinsing it with lukewarm water (40°C) without using any cleaning agents.

This how you use our pressing kit

Use the stencil by spreading your mixture over the stencil. Dehydrate the mixture and press it by putting the disc between the two parts. Remove and let dry to get it crispy. Conceived together with chef Mike Cornelissen from Restaurant Rijnzicht *. Mike was searching for a tasteful way to resemble the flowers in his garden on to the plate. We’ve designed this incredible Flower Pressing Kit to create this dish, or many other versions with many different flavors. Be Creative!
